• How do I know which plan is right for me?

  Start with Lite for basic needs, Pro for more flexibility, or Elite for maximum forecasts. Check plan details on our Pricing page to decide.

• Can I upgrade my plan anytime?

  Yes, upgrade via your account settings anytime. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing, but downgrades aren’t allowed yet.

• What happens if I exceed my monthly forecast limit?

  You’ll need to wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher plan. Your dashboard tracks remaining forecasts.

• Are annual plans available?

  No, only monthly plans are offered right now. We may add annual options later—stay tuned!

• Do prices include taxes?

  No, prices exclude taxes, added based on your location. Provide a tax-exempt certificate at signup if applicable.

• What if my payment fails?

  You have 14 days to resolve it, including weekends. Your account goes past-due until paid, limiting access—update your card in Billing.

• Can I get a refund if I cancel?

  No refunds are offered. Cancel mid-cycle, and you keep access until the billing period ends.

• How often can I change my events or coins?

  Changes are allowed after your plan’s lock-in (14 days for Lite, 10 for Pro, 7 for Elite). Track the countdown in your dashboard.

• What are Tier 1 events?

  Tier 1 events, like CPI or FOMC, have the highest historical impact on crypto volatility. Your plan limits selections.

• Are Tier 3 events useful?

  Yes, Tier 3 events can cause unexpected swings despite lower impact. They’re valuable in higher plans like Elite.

• How many cryptocurrencies are available?

  We support 25 total, but your plan limits tracked ones (3 for Lite, 6 for Pro, 12 for Elite) including BTC, XRP, and ETH.

• Will you add more events or coins?

  Yes, we’re expanding with events from other countries and more cryptos. Updates will be announced, with higher plans first.

• Is there an Enterprise plan?

• How do I update my billing info?

  Update your credit card in the Billing section of your dashboard. Save changes before renewal to avoid issues.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept major credit cards via Stripe. No other methods are supported currently.

• How does the lock-in period work?

  It’s a cooldown after changes (14/10/7 days for Lite/Pro/Elite) to prevent frequent swaps. Check your dashboard.

• Can I pause my subscription?

  No pauses are available. Cancel and resubscribe later, but access stops immediately upon cancellation.

• What currencies are prices in?

  Prices are in USD. Your bank may convert to your local currency with its exchange rate.

• Is support available for all plans?

  Yes, email support is for paying users only. Free inquiries are limited, with priority for subscribers.

• How do I know when my billing cycle starts?

  It begins on your signup date, renewing monthly. Your dashboard shows the next bill and forecast reset.

• Can I get a custom plan?
