The data released by Bureau of Census, Bureau of Economic Analysis for International Imports in Goods and Services on 3rd May, 2018 has come in at a decrease to $256.8B for March 2018. Compared to the previous release for February 2018 at $259.3B, we can see that foreign trade is still increasing but slowed month over month.
