Common questions
7 questions, answered in plain words.
Do I need to know economics?
No. Every report has a short explanation of what it measures, and every release page says what happened in plain English.
Does Clometrix tell me what to buy?
No. It shows what prices did after past releases. The decision is yours, and the past is not a promise.
Where do the numbers come from?
Prices are Binance's 1-minute candles. Report dates and figures come from the US agencies that publish them: BLS, BEA, the Census Bureau and the Federal Reserve.
What is free?
Every release page and every article. Forecasts need a plan.
When is a release measured?
The morning after it comes out, once the 12 hours after the release are complete. Until then its page has no price swing yet.
Is a forecast a prediction?
No. It shows the range a coin moved in after past releases of a report, so you can plan for the likely size of the move. It is not financial advice.
