The data released by Bureau of Economic Analysis for Personal Income and Outlays on 1st March, 2019 has come in at an increase to 0.4% for February 2019. Compared to the previous release for November 2018 at 0.3%, we can see that consumer sentiment is increasing month over month.

Prices ranged between a low of 3,824.80 to a high of 3,831.90, a 0.19% change. Immediately following, trading volume decreased by 18% to 222 BTC. At this time, Bitcoin hit a low of 3,826.73 with a high of 3,832.00, a change of 0.14%.
