The data released by Bureau of Economic Analysis for Personal Income and Outlays on 31st January, 2020 has come in at a decrease to -0.2% for December 2019. Compared to the previous release for November 2019 at 0.4%, we can see that consumer sentiment is still decreasing month over month.
